House Designs
Architect Michael Minadeo & Partners has designed three homes that are compatible with the landscape, and the project goals while remaining flexible to suit a variety of lifestyles. These distinctive homes exemplify sustainable-design practices while maintaining a Vermont vernacular. Full Building Packages are now available and they include the full lot price, all necessary infrastructure (driveway, well, and septic pump), the house as designed and basic landscaping. Clients are welcome to adjust designs and construction elements as needed.
