Peter Schneider and Jessie Donavan – Peter and Jessie purchased the 55+ acres that is now Williams Hill three years ago. The natural beauty of the land, connection to Pease Mtn. Natural area and The Charlotte Central School, close proximity to Burlington, Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks all made Williams Hill the ideal location to design the environmentally friendly neighborhood they had been planning for the past few years. Peter is a green building consultant and works for Vermont Energy Investment Corporation and Jessie works at the University of Vermont. They have three children, ages 7, 6, and 3 and a dog named Otis.
