Williams Hill Site

Williams Hill is a sited on the north eastern side of Pease Mountain, in Charlotte, VT. Lots are on a wooded hillside, surrounded by protected land and open space. Other amenities will include a small maple sugar house, a neighborhood trail, a meadow for future barn and grazing of animals, and community renewable energy sources. The natural features of the land include a rocky outcrop with seasonal views in all directions, a seasonal brook with a small waterfall, a large wetland meadow, hemlock stands, and much more.
